Email Marketer (Klaviyo Specialist) – for Fashion Brand
We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketer with expertise in Klaviyo to join our team and drive impactful email campaigns that engage our audience and boost conversions.
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketer to design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and automation workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase).
 - Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action, tailored to various audience segments.
 - Design and implement A/B tests to optimize email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
 - Analyze campaign performance using Klaviyo analytics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
 - Build and maintain audience segments based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences.
 - Ensure email campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM and other relevant regulations.
 - Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align email campaigns with overall brand strategy.
 - Stay updated on email marketing trends and Klaviyo platform updates to leverage new features.
 
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 1 year using Klaviyo.
 - Proven track record of creating successful email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
 - Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
 - Proficiency in Klaviyo’s platform, including flows, templates, and integrations.
 - Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a focus on crafting compelling email content.
 - Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaign performance.
 - Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
 - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 
- Experience in Fashion email and graphic design
 - Knowledge of other marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, HubSpot, or Google Analytics).
 - Understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for email visuals.
