About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Web Content Editor to ensure our website content keeps pace with our evolving go-to-market strategy—and supports our goal of increasing visibility in answer engines and organic search.
This is a key role in translating how we talk about our products, solutions and value into clear, compelling web content that performs. You’ll collaborate with SEO, web, product marketing and design specialists to shape and deliver messaging that reflects what our audiences are searching for and what we need to communicate to win.
You’ll also work with generative AI tools to accelerate the content creation process—without compromising tone, accuracy or editorial standards. If you’re confident turning briefs and insights into standout digital copy, and enjoy shaping how a company shows up online, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Write and edit content for our marketing website pages, campaign landing pages and adhoc channel content such as Reddit, ensuring it’s clear, relevant, and aligned to user intent.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to translate keyword research and search data insights into content that ranks and converts, for both demand generation and demand capture.
- Use AI writing tools (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT) to draft and iterate content faster, while maintaining high editorial standards.
- Support campaign and demand generation efforts by crafting landing page copy that drives engagement and lead capture.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, voice, and formatting best practices for digital readability.
- Collaborate with SEO, web, product marketing and campaign teams to support broader content production and delivery timelines.
- Maintain consistency across pages and formats while contributing to improvements in process, standards and output quality.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience writing and editing website content—preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech context.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them to web content, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and schema markup (FAQs, How To).
- Confidence using AI tools to support ideation, drafting and reworking content.
- Strong editorial instincts and the ability to adapt writing for different formats, tones and audiences.
- Detail-oriented with excellent grammar, structure, and formatting skills.
- A collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional marketing teams.
Bonus Points
- Experience following structured content briefs (e.g. from SEO or campaign teams).
- An eye for storytelling and simplifying technical or complex messages for the web.
- Experience contributing to website content migrations, rebuilds or launches.
- Ability to analyze content performance using KPIs (e.g., time on page, bounce rate, CTR).
