We work with highly skilled marketing, digital marketing, and sales professionals and match them with our clients from diverse industries across the United States. Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.
The Client
The client is a successful, reputable, and profitable multimedia company looking to grow and expand their digital marketing division.
The Role
The Organic and Paid Social Media Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the client’s social media efforts across both organic and paid channels. You’ll be responsible for growing their online presence, engaging their community, and driving performance aligned with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Social
- Develop and manage the organic social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content (copy, graphics, video ideas) in collaboration with designers and content creators.
- Monitor platform trends and proactively recommend new content types or strategies.
- Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) to foster an active and loyal audience.
- Track and report on engagement, follower growth, reach, and other KPIs.
Paid Social
- Build, manage, and optimize paid social ad campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Set up A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI and reach.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and design teams to produce high-performing creative assets.
- Analyze performance data to inform strategy and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platform-specific tools.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, tracking, and reporting tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience in content planning and execution, with a strong sense of visual and written brand alignment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends and digital storytelling.
- Nice to have experience with influencer collaborations or user-generated content strategies.
