I’m looking for a YouTube Shorts scriptwriter who can help generate viral short-form video ideas and write tight, high-retention scripts.
The role involves:
• Helping with short-form video ideas that fit my channel
• Writing scripts for YouTube Shorts (40–60 seconds)
• Creating strong hooks
• Structuring the video to maximize retention
• Iterating on ideas based on performance
Ideal Candidate
- Has experience creating viral YouTube Shorts or TikTok videos
• Understands how to write strong hooks that grab attention in the first 1–2 seconds
• Can consistently generate creative short-form video ideas
• Understands pacing, retention, and storytelling in short-form content
• Is passionate about YouTube and keeps up with trends on Shorts, TikTok, and Reels
• Comfortable experimenting with new ideas and formats
