Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with music culture and online drama, especially within hip hop and mainstream music scenes. You regularly watch YouTube documentaries and exposé videos and understand what makes them engaging.
Job Requirements
- Experience writing long-form YouTube scripts, documentaries, or exposé-style content
- Strong understanding of rap, hip hop, and music industry culture
- Ability to research scandals, allegations, feuds, and public incidents accurately
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and hook-writing skills
- Comfortable writing 5,000 to 6,000 word scripts
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Familiarity with viral YouTube storytelling formats
