Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and edit AI-generated content to meet high standards of clarity, accuracy, and style.
- Develop and implement training materials and datasets for AI models, focusing on improving narrative structure and linguistic quality.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to provide actionable feedback for AI training iterations.
- Identify and analyze patterns in AI outputs to enhance model performance and minimize errors.
- Conduct research on current writing trends, genres, and best practices to inform AI training strategies.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Champion best practices in written communication, ensuring AI aligns with the customer’s editorial guidelines and intended voice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a writer, author, editor, or related role with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with acute attention to detail and nuance.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to critique, revise, and enhance long-form and short-form content.
- Ability to interpret and apply feedback constructively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities in a remote environment.
- Enthusiasm for bridging the gap between human creativity and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience training AI language models or working with NLP technologies.
