Duties Responsibilities
- Creation of high-impact short-form content—including landing pages, newsletters, video scripts, and digital ads—designed to drive engagement and pipeline growth within high-priority accounts.
- Creation of long-form content assets, such as Thought Leadership POVs and E-books, designed to position SoftServe as a trusted advisor and support full-funnel key account engagement.
- Collaborate closely with ABM Managers and account teams, to ensure content alignment with account messaging, and overall ABM plans.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with graphic designers, video specialists, and other creative stakeholders to shape cohesive, story-driven content experiences tailored to priority accounts.
- Transform account insights, performance data, and stakeholder input into highly targeted and optimized content strategies that resonate with key decision-makers.
- Champion the integration of Gen AI tools like Jasper AI and ChatGPT to accelerate content production, enhance personalization, and scale output—while maintaining messaging integrity and brand voice.
- Oversee multiple concurrent content initiatives across high-priority accounts, managing cross-functional timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and delivering with speed and precision.
Preferred Competencies & Experience
- 5-7 years of previous experience in a similar position
Required Skills
- Expert in long-form writing, editorial, and design skill sets.
- Outstanding written communication skills with a flexible approach to the process (e.g. no editorial pride).
- Strong problem-solving skills and are skilled at working effectively with matrixed, cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent collaboration skills are needed to build strong relationships within the Global Marketing team as well as colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
- Work in fast-paced environment and deliver on deadline
- A global mindset to function in a matrix environment, with multiple demands

Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
