Responsibilities & Scope of Work:
- Create engaging and authoritative content for our creators newsletters and socisal medias including X and LinkedIn.
- Create in-depth case studies and content resources related to the mechanics of the SaaS industry.
- Manage the content calendar and make sure that every content piece is always delivered to the highest quality standard and on time.
- Reviewing ongoing analytics and optimizing content performance across all channels ongoing.
- Reviewing ongoing trend research provided by other team members and making recommendations on where to participate to increase brand exposure.
- Collaborate with other team members using Slack and iMessage.
- Continually brainstorm new ideas and concepts for social media content.
The ideal candidate is someone with:
- 2+ years of experience in Content Marketing. Experience with writing for DTC founders is a BIG plus. This could come from writing for an agency that is selling to DTC founders or a SaaS company that is selling to DTC founders.
- A proven track record writing high-performing X threads (you would need to share examples).
- A proven track record writing high-performing LinkedIn content, both long-form and short form (you would need to share examples).
- Familiarity with the eCommerce and startup/VC ecosystems on X and LinkedIn.
- A demonstrable ability to analyze performance data and work cross-functionally to understand the measurable impact of strategy and content decisions.
- Proficiency in popular social platforms X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
- Proficient in using project management tools.
- A strong knowledge of social media trends, memes, and pop culture.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
