Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing website management, social media campaigns, paid advertising, and content creation to elevate brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website using WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring seamless functionality, user experience, and performance.
- Create engaging multimedia content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and graphic design skills to produce visually appealing posts, banners, and landing pages.
- Implement SEO strategies using SEO tools and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads (including Google AdWords), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing analytics software to monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and refine marketing tactics based on data insights.
- Coordinate email marketing initiatives with marketing automation tools to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement through targeted messaging.
- Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior data to improve landing pages, call-to-actions, and overall website effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, paid search marketing, HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding for website updates, and emerging platform features.
- Managing websites such as Main website, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Google Business, and Google Merchant Center.
- UPC Code registration for product registry.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms with a strong understanding of website management best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, or TikTok.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics suite (including Google Tag Manager), Google Ads/AdWords campaigns, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite; ability to produce compelling visual content quickly.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for website updates; familiarity with SQL is a plus for data analysis tasks.
- Experience in paid advertising campaign setup & management with a focus on performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging content tailored to target audiences across digital channels.
- Ability to analyze web analytics data to inform decision-making; experience with conversion rate optimization techniques is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in digital marketing or B2B marketing is advantageous; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
