We’re looking for a part-time content writer who doesn’t just understand words—but understands what makes people act. Especially decision-makers. You’ll be crafting content that speaks to the minds of executives and the hearts of values-driven brands.
You should bring at least 5 years of experience writing high-performing digital content—with a strong focus on web, UX, and campaign copy. But just as important, you get the nuance:
✔️ How to translate values into value propositions
✔️ How to speak to growth without selling out purpose
✔️ How to align messaging with both ethical integrity and commercial goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Native or near-native English fluency
- A portfolio that shows storytelling and strategy—especially for B2B or mission-driven brands
- Deep understanding of what drives business decisions, especially in outsourcing, CX, or global workforce solutions
- Ability to write clearly, persuasively, and in a tone that builds trust and inspires action
- Passion for ethical business, sustainability, and global equity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Write and refine website and campaign content that positions us as a leader in ethical outsourcing
- Craft messaging that resonates with business leaders while staying true to our mission
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with strategic goals and audience insights
- Apply SEO best practices and digital storytelling frameworks
- Translate complex concepts into clear, accessible, and emotionally resonant copy
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience writing for digital platforms, ideally in a B2B or purpose-led context
- Strong content strategy skills—you think beyond the headline
- Confident working independently, managing deadlines, and delivering top-tier content
- A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent real-world experience
- Experience writing for or about topics like impact, outsourcing, remote work, or tech-for-good is a big plus
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with CMS platforms like Butter
- Familiarity with ethical, social impact, or B Corp-aligned brands
- Knowledge of content performance tools and how to optimize for engagement
