We’re looking for an experienced Digital Content Writer who can bring their creative and strategic expertise to our client’s CRM and digital channels. As a Copywriter for CRM and Digital Campaigns, you’ll craft impactful, consumer-centric messaging across channels like email, SMS, in-app messages, digital display ads, and more. Your work will be pivotal in guiding consumers along their healthcare journey while maintaining brand consistency and clarity in all communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform strategic insights into high-performing content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine copy for CRM channels, including email campaigns, SMS notifications, in-app messages, web landing pages, and digital ads.
- Translate creative briefs and strategic insights into concise, engaging, and on-brand messaging that resonates with varied audience segments.
- Collaborate with CRM strategists, marketing communications, creative teams, business leaders, and clinicians to craft audience-first content.
- Use SEO principles, readability tools, and data insights to optimize content for maximum reach and impact.
- Lead creative concepting for campaign messaging, including headlines, CTAs, and storytelling elements across digital and print formats.
- Ensure consistency with brand tone, style, and guidelines while aligning messaging with key stages of the consumer journey.
- Utilize performance data, A/B testing results, and benchmarks from CRM channels to continually evolve content strategy.
- Contribute to campaign planning by supporting the creation of briefs, messaging calendars, and documentation.
- Conduct research and interviews to ensure healthcare content is accurate and consumer-friendly.
- Drive a test-and-learn approach to content development to continuously improve outcomes.
- Maintain quality and consistency in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Required Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with CMS and workflow management tools.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- 3–7 years of experience creating content for digital marketing channels, ideally in CRM or consumer healthcare.
- A portfolio showcasing high-performing CRM content, including examples of subject lines, CTAs, headlines, and campaign messaging.
- Expertise in writing for healthcare audiences with sensitivity to health literacy and readability levels.
- Strong knowledge of personalization, customer segmentation, and performance-driven messaging.
- Proven ability to apply SEO best practices to optimize digital communication.
- Familiarity with readability tools and the ability to adapt clinical terminology for general audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and digital privacy standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
