Job summary
We’re seeking a skilled Web Content Strategy Writer to help shape and refine digital experiences across our global web presence. This contractor will collaborate with product marketing, brand, design, and SEO teams to create clear, consistent, and compelling web content that drives engagement and conversions.
You’ll combine storytelling, UX thinking, and data insights to make complex cybersecurity and digital trust topics easy to understand — and impossible to ignore.
This is a 6 month contract position
What you will do
- Develop and optimize website content aligned to brand voice, SEO best practices, and conversion goals.
- Translate technical topics into customer-centered, outcome-based messaging.
- Partner with web strategists, designers, and product owners to plan and execute content updates and new pages.
- Audit existing content for clarity, consistency, and performance; recommend improvements backed by data.
- Create concise, scannable web copy for landing pages, product pages, and solution pages.
- Ensure accessibility, tone, and messaging are consistent across the web ecosystem.
- Collaborate on content governance, templates, and publishing workflows in CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager or equivalent).
What you will have
- 15+ years of experience in digital or web content strategy, UX writing, or marketing copywriting.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience working with enterprise websites and cross-functional marketing teams.
- Understanding of SEO principles, content design, and analytics-driven decision making.
- Comfort collaborating with subject matter experts and translating technical language into customer value.
- Experience using content management systems and working within structured publishing processes.
- Familiarity with B2B technology or cybersecurity preferred.
