Web Content Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-focused Web Content Coordinator to help maintain and improve our digital presence in Atlanta, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position will support ongoing marketing efforts by keeping website content accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand expectations. The person in this role will partner with marketing and internal stakeholders to publish updates, strengthen page quality, and ensure a consistent user experience across web properties.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain website pages by publishing and revising copy, images, and other digital assets through the content management system.
• Create and refine web copy that is clear, audience-appropriate, and consistent with established brand voice and messaging.
• Review site content regularly to verify accuracy, correct formatting issues, and identify broken links or outdated information.
• Work with marketing and cross-functional partners to collect content needs and support the development of new pages and online updates.
• Organize content requests and timelines to keep projects moving efficiently and meet scheduled delivery dates.
• Support page enhancements by coordinating updates to multimedia elements and ensuring content is presented effectively across digital platforms.
• Experience managing and updating website content in a content management system.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce effective content for web audiences.
• Familiarity with web content standards, page structure, and digital publishing best practices.
• High attention to detail with proven ability to proofread thoroughly and maintain content accuracy.
• Background in web content, digital marketing, or a related creative environment.
• Basic understanding of HTML or general web technologies is preferred.
