- Technical Writing and User Experience Writing skills
- Experience in UX Research and Content Strategy
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in technology or software industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field is preferred
