Remote Technical Writer – Create Engaging Learning Solutions

Are you a skilled writer with a passion for making complex information clear and accessible? We’re looking for a Technical Writer to develop high-quality instructional materials, training content, and thought-leadership pieces that engage diverse learners. This remote role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with strong research, writing, and collaboration skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop instructor-led training, self-paced e-learning, video scripts, technical manuals, and other instructional content.
• Work closely with internal teams to design engaging training programs aligned with business goals.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, professional, and accessible content.
• Research, edit, proofread, and ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• Standardize documentation with templates and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update training materials to keep content fresh and relevant.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• Two to four years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or content development.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to break down complex topics for diverse learners, including ESL audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with content development tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
