Role: Technical Writer

Location: Bellevue, WA (Remote work available)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer. The primary focus will be updating and enhancing over 60 existing articles read by more than 8,000 enterprise customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, content analysis expertise, and the ability to refresh and modernize technical documentation for a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit, and polish 60+ existing articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current standards.
  • Analyze article content to identify areas for improvement and implement updates to enhance readability and relevane.
  • Maintain and ensure all articles are up-to-date with the latest logistics industry practices and customer needs
  • Use basic HTML skills to publish and update articles on the web platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and ensure documentation meets customer expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong experience in the logistics industry, or prior project experience with major logistics companies such as Amazon Logistics.
  • Proven track record in technical writing, particularly for web-based content.
  • Familiarity with analyzing and refreshing large volumes of content.
  • Proficiency in basic HTML for content publishing.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
