Join Pantheon Data as a Technical Editor/Writer, where you’ll play a vital role in crafting and maintaining critical technical documentation for HM&E cybersecurity systems within Navy and USCG programs. This position offers a chance to lead documentation efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with military standards while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation including system manuals, diagrams, drawings, signal flow representations, and procedural guides.
  • Evaluate existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with Navy/USCG technical standards, updating content as systems evolve.
  • Assist engineering teams in compiling data into test plans, test reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other technical deliverables.
  • Create and format presentations and briefing materials for Program Reviews and other stakeholder engagements.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in technical writing and editing.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience editing technical documentation specifically for the U.S. Navy or U.S. Coast Guard (USCG).
  • CSWF Certification (IAT Level I) such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC).
