Technical Writer and Administrative Assistant – $80,135.00 – $87,977.00 per year
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant and Technical Writer** with a strong background in **resume formatting**—especially for **Intelligence Community (IC)** proposals—and technical documentation. This role supports internal business operations while playing a key role in the preparation of professional documents, resumes, and proposal content.
Position Overview:
This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for formatting, grammar, and compliance standards. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing documentation, and formatting resumes tailored to federal government and IC contract requirements. In addition, you’ll assist with daily administrative operations and internal coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
**Administrative & Backoffice Support**
* Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and managers.
* Maintain internal trackers, document logs, and digital repositories.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes.
* Support team communication, onboarding documentation, and process organization.
**Technical Writing**
* Draft, revise, and maintain internal documentation, including SOPs, process guides, and training materials.
* Collaborate with team members and SMEs to translate technical content into clear, user-friendly documents.
* Ensure documentation meets internal formatting and compliance requirements.
* Maintain version control and ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials.
**Resume Formatting & Proposal Support**
* Format and edit candidate resumes for IC and government contract proposals.
* Customize resumes to align with position descriptions, labor categories, and solicitation requirements.
* Ensure consistency in style, formatting, and content in accordance with federal and agency-specific standards.
* Collaborate with recruiting and proposal teams to ensure timely delivery of compliant, polished resumes.
Qualifications:
*2+ years** of experience in administrative support, technical writing, or related fields.
*Strong experience formatting resumes**, especially for **IC proposals or government contracts**, is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel); Adobe Acrobat expertise.
* Excellent grammar, writing, and editing skills.
* Strong attention to detail and document quality assurance.
* Familiarity with IC formatting standards and proposal development processes is a plus.
* Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proactive, flexible, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
