- Ensure all materials are accurate, current, and comply with agency standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product Owner team to gather information and clarify requirements.
- Create various types of documentation, including promotion logic guides, software issue logs, release notes, and newsletters.
- Present findings and customer feedback to Product Owners, management, and division leadership.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Research and document industry best practices for internal process/procedure documentation, especially for Jira application usage.
- Analyze and improve current documentation methods to enhance team efficiency and usability.
- Train and support team members in adopting new documentation practices and create supporting internal materials.
- Utilize strong technical writing, software documentation, Jira, collaboration, communication, customer service, attention to detail, and training skills.
