BalancingMotherhood.com is looking for a creative and detail-driven Social Media and Affiliate Specialist to join our team part-time. If you love creating fun, scroll-stopping content, thrive in Canva and CapCut, and understand how to blend social strategy with affiliate success — we want to hear from you!
This is a remote, part-time contractor role (approx. 10-15+ hours/week), perfect for someone with experience managing social media professionally, especially in the food, lifestyle, or family niche.
**While this is a remote position, candidates from the Asheville area will be given strong preference as we will have on-site days in Asheville.

What You’ll Do:
- Create graphics, reels, and other content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more
- Manage and grow our affiliate marketing presence
- Stay on top of trends, create content calendars, and keep our brand fresh and engaging
- Update and edit website content using WordPress
- Track performance and adjust strategy using social analytics
