Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Social Media Strategy (LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute a strategy to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation specifically targeting HR professionals, benefits decision-makers, and industry leaders.
- Engage with industry influencers and partners to build relationships and expand reach.
- Content Creation & Community Engagement (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok)
- Curate and manage content that resonates with both B2B and B2B2C audiences, ensuring alignment with Kindly Human’s brand voice and mission.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with community content to foster a loyal following.
- Paid Ad Management & Lead Generation
- Manage LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns to drive brand awareness and support lead generation efforts.
- Track and analyze ad performance, optimizing campaigns based on insights to improve ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor, track, and report on key social media metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure that social media efforts align with business objectives and contribute to sales and lead generation pipelines.
- Industry Thought Leadership & Trend Monitoring
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry best practices, and developments in the employee well-being and HR space.
- Position Kindly Human as a thought leader in the benefits and HR space by sharing valuable content and participating in industry conversations.
- Collaboration & Strategy Alignment
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies and tactics across social channels.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of B2B social media experience with a proven track record of engagement and audience growth.
- Strong understanding of the employee benefits space, or familiarity with HR and employee well-being topics.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and optimize social media performance.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, industry-relevant content.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with paid social media strategies and ad campaign management.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and thought leadership strategies.
- Experience in employer branding and employee advocacy programs.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
