Social Media Marketing Specialist – $25 – $45 an hour

About the Role
Our team is in the start-up phase of building an AI-powered real estate SaaS and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking to hire a jack-of-all-trades who can run our Meta ads, manage our social media presence, schedule email campaigns and build clean funnels/landing pages inside GoHighLevel.
You’re the type who stays on top of marketing best practices, loves testing creatives, and understands that data—not vibes—wins campaigns. And bonus points if you’re comfortable navigating GHL or can learn fast.
What You’ll OwnPaid Ads (Primary Focus)
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for real estate audiences
- Manage A/B testing (creatives, audiences, hooks, copy)
- Track CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and performance trends
- Maintain pixel tracking + events
- Create weekly KPIs dashboards + recommendations
Social Media
- Draft, edit, schedule, and manage posts on FB/IG/LinkedIn/Skool
- Maintain brand consistency + engagement
Email Campaigns & GHL
- Schedule cold emails to B2B and B2C audiences in Instantly.ai
- Schedule weekly email campaigns to opt-in audiences
- Assist in building simple-to-moderate landing pages in GHL
- Assist in creating automations
What You Need
- 2+ years running Meta ads with proven results
- Experience building funnels (GHL preferred, but ClickFunnels/Webflow acceptable)
- Strong understanding of pixels, attribution, and optimization
- Basic design and video editing skills
- Can manage multiple campaigns without losing your mind
- Excellent communication + lightning-fast execution
Bonus Skills
- Real estate ads experience
- Ability to write solid sales copy
- Knowledge of Instantly/Apollo/cold email systems
- Organizing chaos (we love that)
