Social Media Manager — Regenerative Brand Storyteller – $45,000 – $60,000 a year
StarWalker Organic Farms is a third-generation, Regenerative Organic Certified® family farm rooted in the mission to restore the land, respect the animals, and nourish people with the highest-quality, nutrient-dense food. We’re redefining what it means to eat well, from soil to fork.
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can take our strong foundation of storytelling, content, and brand awareness and elevate it to the next level. You’ll lead strategy and execution across all social platforms — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube — while collaborating closely with our in-house marketing, PR, and content capture teams.
This isn’t just about posting, it’s about building a movement.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute an engaging social media strategy that aligns with StarWalker’s brand voice, values, and growth goals.
- Collaborate with our internal creative and PR teams to turn raw content (video, photo, behind-the-scenes farm footage, events, etc.) into compelling stories and campaigns.
- Plan and schedule content calendars across all major social platforms, optimizing for engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Lead social storytelling around StarWalker’s regenerative journey — including Field Days, product launches, partner farms, and community impact.
- Engage directly with our online community — responding to DMs, comments, and customer questions with warmth, professionalism, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize results.Coordinate influencer and partnership collaborations with our PR team.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Who You Are
- A social media leader who knows how to translate mission and authenticity into measurable growth
- Experienced in managing multi-platform accounts for a consumer-facing brand (preferably in food, wellness, or sustainability).
- A strong writer and storyteller with a deep understanding of brand tone and visual storytelling.
- Confident in creating strategy and direction, while working collaboratively with content creators, photographers, and PR partners.
- Skilled in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.) and familiar with paid ad strategy.
- Passionate about organic food, sustainability, and storytelling that inspires action.
Bonus Points
- Experience with DTC or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with regenerative, organic, or farm-to-fork food movements.
- Strong background in short-form video direction or editing.
