We serve clients across various industries, providing tailored marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility. Our focus on creativity, data-driven decisions, and cutting-edge technology ensures we stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage organic social media accounts for our diverse client base. This role goes beyond creating content — it’s about strategy, ownership, and measurable results. The ideal candidate understands that social media is a business tool, not just a posting platform. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content that helps clients grow their audience, strengthen their brand, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement organic social media strategies for multiple client accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Take full ownership of deadlines and deliverables — proactively request needed content, follow up with clients, and ensure all posts are on time and on brand.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (copy, graphics, and video) that is conversion-focused and supports each client’s business goals.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars, obtaining client approvals and scheduling posts strategically (not just for frequency).
- Communicate regularly with clients to align on goals, gather feedback, and refine strategy based on performance.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Monitor analytics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Stay up to date on social trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously elevate results.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure consistency, creativity, and strategic alignment across accounts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, strategy, or client-facing marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Experience writing compelling copy and producing or editing visual content.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines independently.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow through social media.
