The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing team in an exciting and rapidly evolving category. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact and grow with a brand on a mission.
You’ll work closely with our Brand Director, a social media strategy agency, and internal creative and merchandising teams to bring our eCommerce social media presence to life. While strategy is managed by our agency, your role is focused on execution — content scheduling, posting, communication, and campaign alignment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all brand social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and influencer teams to plan and execute social content.
- Own day-to-day coordination with the social strategy agency — content briefing, approvals, feedback, and brand alignment.
- Schedule and publish all content across platforms — including reels, grid posts, stories, and YouTube Shorts.
- Spot and act on reactive, trend-led content opportunities in real-time.
- Repost UGC, influencer content, and maintain strong community engagement via IG Stories.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure campaign timelines and product/creative updates are communicated effectively.
- Execute key brand and product launches with tailored social plans focused on engagement and organic growth.
Requirements
- Passion for skincare and social media.
- Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail.
- Creative, resourceful, and independent — you bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with the ability to bring structure.
- 2+ years of experience managing social media (especially Instagram and TikTok); YouTube and Pinterest are a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Basecamp, ClickUp, or Monday is a bonus.
- Google Docs and Sheets experience is preferred.
