Social Media Manager (Dating & Coaching Brand – 650k+ YouTube Subs) – $30–$50 per hour
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing coaching company. If you eat, sleep, and breathe social media — and get excited about organic growth strategies — this might be the perfect role for you.
Our company is a dating education and coaching brand helping women (typically 40+) find lasting love. We’re on a mission to make a powerful impact in the world, and our social channels are the heartbeat of our brand.
We’ve already built large audiences across major platforms:
- YouTube – 651k subscribers
- Facebook – 378k followers
- Instagram – 69.6k followers
- TikTok – 196.6k followers
Now we’re looking for a social media leader who can own growth, engagement, and innovation across these platforms.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels.
- Edit and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Edit podcast episodes in Riverside and repurpose them into clips/shorts.
- Design YouTube thumbnails that capture attention.
- Track trending topics and pitch fresh content ideas.
- Review and engage with comments and community messages.
- Provide feedback on top-performing content to shape future strategy.
- Use AI tools to repurpose podcast content into blog posts, and manage blog publishing.
- Report on channel performance and growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing and growing social media channels.
- Familiarity with Riverside for podcast editing.
- Strong design eye for thumbnails and visual content.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker who understands how organic fits into the bigger marketing picture.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
