Role Description
Title: Social Media Manager – National Franchise Network
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Preferred: Palm Beach Gardens, FL)
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Blue Haven Pools and Spas is seeking a Social Media Manager who has successfully built social programs from scratch for multi-location businesses and can demonstrate measurable business impact. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role where you will own the entire social strategy for a national franchise network.
What You’ll Build
- Comprehensive Social Strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms tailored to both national brand building and local lead generation
- Content Infrastructure including pillars, brand voice guidelines, editorial calendars, and performance measurement frameworks
- HubSpot Social Architecture for centralized publishing, multi-location tracking, lead attribution, and ROI measurement
- Franchise Enablement Systems including playbooks, templates, and guardrails enabling 60+ locations to maintain brand consistency while executing locally relevant content
- Performance Dashboards tracking engagement, conversions, cost per lead, and revenue influence with clear attribution
- Agency Integration partnering with established marketing agency for cohesive campaign execution across channels
Year One Success Metrics
- Establish national social presence generating qualified, attributed leads
- Achieve 80%+ franchise adoption of social playbooks and systems
- Implement HubSpot attribution demonstrating social’s measurable influence on revenue
- Deliver top-quartile performance metrics for home services industry benchmarks
QualificationsRequired
- 5+ years managing social media with documented, measurable business outcomes
- Proven experience scaling social programs for multi-location, franchise, or distributed business models
- HubSpot proficiency including social publishing, marketing automation, attribution modeling, and analytics
- Platform expertise across Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages, TikTok For Business, and emerging channels
- Exceptional writing ability for both brand storytelling and performance-driven marketing
- Data-driven approach with demonstrated ROI results and comfort with analytics and reporting
- Paid social campaign experience including budget management and optimization
- Multi-location brand experience with understanding of balancing national consistency and local relevance
Preferred
- Home services, construction, lifestyle, or B2C brand experience
- HubSpot Social Media Marketing Certification
- Experience in franchise or dealer network environments
- Track record launching social programs in industries with long sales cycles
