Social Media Manager, Atomic Trips – $2,100 a month






We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team and help scale our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in content creation, video editing, and ad management while staying ahead of social media trends. The majority of your time will be spent creating content for social media, managing ad creatives, and optimizing paid ad campaigns.

You will also assist in editing content for Social media channels, editing podcast-style videos for YouTube, designing email campaigns, and uploading blogs to support our marketing efforts. There is significant room for growth in both responsibilities and compensation as the role expands.

Additionally, there is an opportunity for international travel with our future trips planned. This benefit is contingent on business needs, availability, and performance in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit engaging video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and social media ads
  • Manage and optimize Meta and other paid ad campaigns, focusing on performance-driven creatives
  • Edit long-form, podcast-style videos for YouTube uploads
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and convert audiences
  • Upload and format blogs to support content strategy
  • Track social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance
  • Stay updated on trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in video editing, social media marketing, and ad management
  • Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools)
  • Understanding of paid ad strategies and how to optimize creatives for performance
  • Strong design skills for email marketing and blog formatting
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Interest in travel and a passion for storytelling
