Social Media & Digital Campaign Specialist – $7/hr
We are a small U.S.-based marketing agency supporting small businesses and community-focused organizations. We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Campaign Specialist to own the strategy and execution of paid and organic digital initiatives across websites, social platforms, and search engines.
This role blends independent thinking with hands-on delivery. You will be responsible for planning digital initiatives, creating creative assets, executing across platforms, and optimizing performance based on results and feedback.
This position requires ownership, accountability, and strong follow-through, with final direction and approvals provided by the team.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Take ownership of assigned digital initiatives from planning through delivery
- Develop messaging angles, creative directions, and execution plans
- Organize tasks, timelines, and priorities based on approved objectives
- Plan campaign structure across ads, landing pages, and follow-up flows
- Present campaign ideas, testing plans, and recommendations internally
Content Creation
- Create campaign creatives including:
- Static graphics
- Short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
- Ad copy and headlines
- Adapt content for different platforms and placements
- Produce variations to support testing and optimization
Paid & Organic Campaigns
- Build, launch, and manage paid and organic campaigns in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search; Display is a plus)
- Set up targeting, audiences, and placements
- Monitor performance and optimize for cost, clicks, and conversions
- Google Search (Display is a plus)
Landing Pages & Funnels
- Build and update landing pages using GoHighLevel, Duda, or similar platforms
- Ensure message consistency between ads, content, and landing pages
- Set up forms, integrations, and tracking
- Make conversion-focused updates based on performance insights
Performance Optimization
- Track campaign results and insights
- Identify what’s working and what needs improvement
- Make data-informed optimization decisions
- Use AI tools to support:
- Ad copy variations
- Creative ideation
- Campaign planning or testing insights
- Share performance updates and next-step recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience owning and executing digital ad campaigns
- Strong skills in ad creative creation (graphics, video, copy writing)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience building or editing landing pages and funnels
- Comfortable using tools such as:
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar
- Familiarity with AI tools to support marketing workflows (e.g., copy ideation, creative testing, campaign planning)
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns independently
- Clear written communication in English
Nice To Have
- Lead generation or conversion-focused experience
- Understanding of tracking, pixels, and analytics
- Motion graphics or advanced video editing skills
- GoHighLevel, Duda, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms
Work Details
- Hours: 20–25 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible; some overlap with U.S. business hours required
- Pay: Hourly rate based on experience
- Location: Remote
- Tools: Hubstaff time tracking required
