Social Media & Community Engagement Coordinator – $20 – $22 an hour

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Community Engagement Coordinator to manage our digital presence and client communications for The Opus & Golds Group. This role combines content creation, community management, and client engagement to strengthen our brand and maintain meaningful connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Develop and curate monthly social media content calendars for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Organize content in spreadsheets and schedule posts across all platforms
  • Create engaging social media posts that align with brand voice and marketing objectives

Client Communications

  • Draft regular client communications and submit for team approval via Slack
  • Schedule and manage Go High Level text reminders to clients about upcoming events and important information
  • Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and emails across all social platforms and Go High Level

Podcast Production

  • Compile and produce episodes for The Trades Accelerator podcast
  • Edit and finalize podcast content for distribution
  • Upload finished episodes to podcast platforms
  • Create accompanying social media posts for podcast promotion
  • Coordinate approval process for podcast content and promotion

Community Management

  • Actively manage and foster engagement in client Facebook groups
  • Create discussion prompts and interactive content to build community
  • Monitor group activity and maintain a positive, engaged environment

Event Support

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for company events
  • Assist with on-site event coordination as needed, if needed

Additional Duties

  • Other tasks and projects as assigned to support marketing and client engagement efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with social media management across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with content scheduling tools and spreadsheet organization
  • Basic podcast editing and production skills (or willingness to learn)
  • Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with ability to engage audiences
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with team for approvals
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate event support when needed

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
