Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent presence and timely updates.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities for strategic adjustments.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to enhance content visibility across search engines and social platforms.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance and inform future initiatives.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to manage brand reputation, craft press releases, and coordinate influencer partnerships.
- Design engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Skilled in video editing software to produce compelling multimedia content that captures audience attention.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand mentions and industry trends.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce strategies.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms with measurable results.
