Social Media and Community Coordinator
We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Coordinator to lead our organic social media and community-building strategy across Spark Biomedical and OhmBody. This role blends creativity, cultural fluency, and a test-and-learn mindset to engage and grow two highly visible but distinct audiences—healthcare professionals and patients for Spark, and digitally savvy Gen Z and Millennial women for OhmBody.
You’ll manage day-to-day content creation, community engagement, and social channel performance, collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to amplify brand awareness and loyalty across both brands.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role for someone who loves telling brand stories, thrives in a startup environment, and is passionate about human connection—online and off.

- Partner with design and video teams to develop platform-optimized content (static, motion, UGC, etc.).
- Leverage SEO, trend research, and data insights to inform channel strategy and improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor performance using platform analytics and third-party tools; iterate based on insights.
Community Engagement
- Lead community management across platforms—responding to DMs, comments, and tags in real time to build connection and brand love.
- Maintain and evolve engagement guidelines to ensure consistent, empathetic, and compliant responses.
- Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure messaging alignment across social, email, and web experiences.
Brand Stewardship & Compliance
- Ensure content and communication meet QMS and regulatory guidelines.
- Champion both brands’ visual and verbal identities across every post, comment, and social interaction.

- Strong writing and editorial skills with a portfolio of social-first content.
- Experience with social platforms and management tools (Meta Business Suite, Pinterest, Later, Planoly, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, etc.).
- Passion for women’s health, innovation, and mission-driven storytelling.
- Bonus: Experience in regulated environments or brands with both B2C and B2B presence.
Skills and Abilities:
- Social-savvy and culture-aware—you know what content resonates and when.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution instincts.
- Highly collaborative and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Empathetic communicator who can engage diverse audiences authentically.
- Comfortable in a startup environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
