Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media management, public relations, and content creation. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our messaging aligns with our overall marketing strategy while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Conduct proofreading and quality checks on all social media content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to enhance brand advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong public relations skills with a focus on relationship management.
  • Proficiency in content creation and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for content design and editing.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
