We are Design Citizen; a human-centered talent agency working with organizations to create innovative, inclusive, and sustainable business solutions through design.

Our branding and marketing agency client is looking for a Senior Content Copywriter to support their creative services team. The role focuses on ideating and writing a broad range of webinar scripts quarterly for a tech enterprise giant.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is comfortable in an agile agency workflow, can flex between scriptwriting, conducting interviews and building creative narrative flows with ease, and have a mega-strong POV on how to keep content as fresh as it is informative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate the written scripts and content of a large tech brand’s webinar team.
  • Interview subject matter experts and thought leaders to gather script talking points.
  • Write content outlines and scripts based on gathered information.
  • Ideate, develop, and write visual ideas to support topics alongside designer.
  • Work together with creative leaders, as well as strategy and account services.
  • Embrace a conversational/casual writing style as appropriate.
  • Provide delivery and script direction to subject matter talent on-set.
  • Create marketing content to support webinar drops.
  • Build decks and present/collaborate internally and externally.
  • Always look for ways to improve, refresh, and bring a lil sizzle to your work.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability & enthusiasm for pitching/defending bold ideas internally and externally.
  • Impeccable grammar with an understanding of how and when to break the rules.
  • Experience writing for B2B audiences in addition to adhering to brand style guides.
  • Understanding of the creative process from concept to final delivery.
  • Basic knowledge of the live-action production process from script to post.
  • Background in tech is a huge plus.
