I am looking for scriptwriters who understand pacing, retention, and Gen Z humor. This role is about storytelling that holds attention, not overwriting or forcing jokes. You should know how to balance humor with a clear narrative and keep momentum the entire time.

• Understand Gen Z humor, pacing and stays up to date with trends
• Escalate ideas instead of repeating them
• Can emulate the vibe/style my current scripts have

• Write fast paced long form scripts

• Think about visuals and the editor

• Can take direct feedback and improve

• Communicate clearly and consistently

You’re not a fit if you:

• Write long, flat scripts with no escalation

• Use filler words/descriptions for runtime

• Doesn’t understand Gen z trends or humor

• Get defensive about feedback

• Repeat the same mistakes draft to draft

• Don’t communicate or revise properly

How I Judge Scripts

• Does the first 10 seconds hook instantly, think about visuals as well that the editor might provide?

• Is humor balanced throughout?

• Does the script have moments for good visuals and edits?

• Would it still work without visuals

This role is for scriptwriters who want to be part of one of the fastest growing channels, this is a long term, high volume position, and there is a very high potential for growth, pay wise as well as opportunities.
