Scriptwriter: Personal Development & Founder Brands | Narrative Content Studio – $30,000-$50,000 Per Year
We’re a content studio working with founders and creators building serious media presences. We need a scriptwriter who can structure ideas, write talking points, and act as the communication bridge between our clients and creative team.
Your primary client is David Bayer, a transformational coach and entrepreneur ($50M+ business, nearly 320K YouTube subscribers and growing fast). Think Joe Dispenza meets Alex Hormozi. You’ll become deeply embedded in David’s world — his methodology, how he talks, what resonates with his audience, and his transformation framework. This is your main focus.
You’ll also work across other projects; structuring podcast episodes for technology brands like n8n, scripting intros and discussion flows for founders running eight-figure businesses, and helping shape content across our growing client roster.
What You’ll Do
Scriptwriting & Content Structuring
- Write bullet-point scripts, talking points, and discussion flows for YouTube, podcasts, and long-form content
- Structure raw ideas into clear outlines the editing and creative team can execute
- Script intros, map episode beats, and identify compelling topic angles
- For David specifically: become deeply familiar with his methodology, language, audience, and transformation approach: your scripts need to sound like him
Client Communication
- Be the day-to-day point of contact with clients, primarily David
- Translate client ideas and feedback into actionable briefs for the creative team
- Communicate team direction, creative concepts, and strategy back to clients
- Keep projects moving, flag blockers, align expectations, close loops
Supporting Input
- Contribute to content ideation as part of the team
- Research what’s working in a client’s space: topics, formats, angles
- Provide input on titles, thumbnails, and packaging where relevant
