YouTube Scriptwriter (IRL Long-Form)

Fast-growing creator channel making IRL challenge and transformation content in the online money space, seeking a scriptwriter who can turn a raw idea into a tight, retention-first script for long-form videos, 4 a month.

The role owns:

• Scripts, full long-form scripts and outlines built around a strong through-story, not just a list of events.
• Hooks, the first 30 seconds that make people stay, plus the stakes and payoff that hold them to the end.
• Narration/VO, writing in the talent’s voice so it sounds like them, not like a script.
• Structure, pacing the story so every act earns the next and the reveal lands.

You are:

• Proven on IRL/challenge or story-driven content that’s performed (bring examples).
• A natural storyteller who thinks in hooks, tension, and payoffs.
• Fluent in what drives retention and how to write for it.
• Fast, self-directed, and easy to give notes to.
