Pacific Properties is a family-owned business that has served Coos County for more than 30 years. We are lifelong residents of the Oregon Coast and are willing to share our knowledge in a professional and personal way. Jerry Worthen opened the business in 1989 and since then it has become one of the most reputable and productive real estate businesses in Coos County.
When Jerry first began the business, he had hopes of keeping it in the family and that’s exactly what happened when Randy Hoffine married his daughter, Kelly.
Since 2004, Randy has worked hard to modernize the office as well as continue Jerry’s business traditions and philosophies. Both of these men have served as the Coos County Board of Realtors President and both have also been honored with the Realtor of the Year award. Since Jerry’s passing in 2014, Randy has continued the tradition that Jerry established. Randy believes strongly in providing you with the information you need while giving you the quality service you desire. If you’re looking for a family-based business that knows the area and prides itself in integrity and honesty, you’re in the right place.
