Proofreader, Creative Circle – $35/hr – $38/hr
Our healthcare client is seeking a Proofreader with experience in healthcare advertising and marketing to join their team, fully remote for 10-15 hours per week beginning mid-July through the end of October.
Responsibilities:
– Review campaign materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency.
– Ensure adherence to established brand voice and style standards.
– Verify accuracy of legal disclaimers, footnotes, and compliance-related content.
– Conduct quality assurance reviews across marketing channels and deliverables.
– Flag inconsistencies and errors prior to final delivery.
– Apply client-provided style guides and reference materials.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of proofreading, editorial review, or quality assurance experience.
– Exceptional attention to detail.
– Experience reviewing marketing and campaign content.
– Strong understanding of style guides and editorial standards.
– Ability to manage changing priorities and tight turnaround times.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience within regulated industries, particularly:
– Health insurance
– Healthcare
– Pharmaceutical organizations
– Financial services
– Experience reviewing compliance-sensitive marketing materials.
