Responsibilities:
- Be the gatekeeper for content accuracy: Rigorously proofread and validate all marketing materials to ensure they precisely match approved content and brand guidelines. Your keen eye will be especially critical during our Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
- Ensure compliance: Collaborate closely with our internal creative team and external agency partners to guarantee all marketing material and campaign designs meet necessary regulatory and legal standards.
- Manage project flow: Take the lead on assigned marketing projects, maintaining detailed timelines and status reports. You’ll proactively communicate key milestones and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Support content integrity: Review and validate copy against “Source of Truth” documents, making sure every word is correct and consistent.
- Track and report: Maintain comprehensive spreadsheets for tracking key metrics related to marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate external reviews: Project manage campaigns that are sent to outside proofing agencies, ensuring smooth handoffs and timely feedback.
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed to support our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing support, project coordination, or content review role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills are absolutely essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with marketing project management or automation tools is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
