Duties
- Conduct comprehensive legal research across various areas of law, including statutory regulations, case law, and legal precedents.
- Analyze legal documents, statutes, regulations, and scholarly articles to extract relevant information.
- Write detailed legal summaries, reports, articles, and briefs that communicate complex concepts clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with Attorney to ensure accuracy and relevance of research findings.
- Maintain organized records of all research sources and drafted materials for easy retrieval and review.
Qualifications
- Strong background in law or related fields with demonstrated experience in legal research or writing.
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
- Proficiency in research tools such as legal databases (e.g., LexisNexis) is preferred. Pay: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour
