Lead Generation Specialist via Social Media (USA) – $1,800 – $2,000 a month

Our team is looking to expand our lead generation team and we’re looking for a sharp individual with a desire to grow with a fast-moving company.
Job Description:
You would be working inside of our corporate and personal messaging account, communicating with leads as they message off our page.
You would also be connecting with prospective leads organically through our Facebook, Instagram and Skool accounts.
Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms during scheduled hours.
- Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking sheets).
- Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
Requirements:

- Available for both shifts of 9am-3pm and 3pm-9pm Eastern time (shifts alternate/change week to week – you only work one of the noted shifts per day)
- Commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week – 5 days per week of 6h shifts – 7h shifts on the weekends
- Have weekend availability and flexibility to cover shifts
- Have experience in a lead generation role
Additional ideal requirements:
- High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Some experience in the fitness industry is also a plus but not mandatory
- Experience managing calendars and a booking call system
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings across a week
- Have reliable internet as this is a work from home position
