Hiring for fiction short story writer (must be published already or have public profile)
Hey there, hope all is well! I’m starting a side project and am looking for a published author to partner with me on writing a fiction story about two lovers in the 1960s. The target word count is around 8000. Minimum of $0.08 per word but wiling to go higher depending on experience of the author
My small business already has people in marketing, design, etc. but we need some help with the content of a story that we’ll be advertising that’ll be part of our brand. We plan to make the story a subscription that we send out to customers, and the goal is to inspire nostalgia. Therefore, we need a writer who is OK with being on our website and is someone who has already published before (any genre is OK)
I’m also OK with paying someone else to be a ghostwriter and then putting the story under your name. I’d pay you for your time for editing and giving feedback to the other writer
We ideally will work on this long term and write more stories if the first one is a success
