Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Messaging
- Develop brand voice and messaging frameworks
- Write taglines, value propositions, brand stories, and tone guidelines
- Build narrative systems for new and existing brands
- Translate client insights into clear, strategic messaging
Creative Concepting
- Ideate campaigns, concepts, and content directions
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director
- Turn raw ideas into polished creative direction
- Participate in strategic and creative brainstorming sessions
Copywriting Across Platforms
- Website copy (home, about, service pages)
- Social media scripts, captions, and content direction
- Email sequences and landing pages
- Brand decks and creative presentations
- Ad copy and messaging variations
Content Strategy
- Build content frameworks for client brands
- Write scripts for short-form video
- Assist with content calendars and editorial planning
- Support consistent storytelling across platforms
Client Interaction
- Join brand discovery calls
- Present messaging and creative ideas
- Communicate direction clearly
- Take feedback and refine concepts as needed
Requirements Must-Haves
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and copywriting work
- Experience developing brand voice and messaging
- Ability to think conceptually and strategically
- Ability to collaborate well with designers and creative teams
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to work quickly while delivering high-quality, on-brand writing
Bonus Skills
- Experience at a creative agency or studio
- Understanding of basic design principles
- Familiarity with content strategy
- Comfort presenting creative ideas
Portfolio Required
A portfolio is required to be considered for this role.
