Educational Nursing Scriptwriter | Million Dollar Nurse – $2,000-$3,000 Per Project
About the Job
We’re building an educational nursing channel called Million Dollar Nurse and looking for a scriptwriter to help us produce daily short-form videos (30–45 seconds each) covering education, career, and finance tips for nurses.
Think Gohar Khan’s style but tailored to help nurses advance in their careers. We’re starting with Shorts and Reels, with plans to expand into long-form content down the road.
Ideal Candidate
• You’re a strong researcher who can make complex topics digestible for a broad audience
• You use AI to accelerate your workflow, not replace it
• You can quickly adapt to a new voice and tone and make it sound natural
• You have a track record writing edu-taining short-form scripts, ideally with proven performance on YT Shorts (IG Reels, TikTok, or FB Reels are a bonus)
Job Requirements
• Ideate 50–75 potential video concepts per month
• Write 30 short-form scripts per month, delivered in two batches of 15
• Include visual direction notes with each script to guide our illustrator
Compensation
$2500 USD/month retainer for 30 scripts + concept ideation. We’ll start with a paid trial batch. If it goes well, we’ll move to an ongoing twice monthly delivery cadence.
As the channel scales, there is plenty of room for rate increases + rev share.
