Digital Publishing Independent Contractor
We are seeking independent contractors available to work 15+ hours per week to execute our deadline-based digital publishing and document formatting projects. Training will be provided for our proprietary systems, which include formatting, publishing, and digitizing.

Here is a list of tasks you may be asked to do during one of your projects.
- Document formatting (Google Suite, MS Office Suite)
- Site publishing. This includes:
- Adding information to the site for teachers.
- Creating and uploading PDFs for the teachers and students.
- Digitizing on the website to allow students a way to complete activities and answer questions without a printed document.
Helpful tools to already have:
- Adobe Suite: Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign
Here is a list of tasks our department is not responsible for, and you will not be given while working with the digital publishing team.
- Web Development: You will not be asked to do any web architecture-based projects.
- Curriculum development: You will not be writing curriculum or developing a math program for teachers and students. Our curriculum writing teams handle this.
- Editing/Proofreading: This is handled by our editing team.
