Role Overview
As a Freelance CV Writer, you’ll work directly with physicians to create customized CVs that clearly communicate their training, experience, and accomplishments. You’ll conduct brief client consultations, review existing materials, and develop polished, professional CVs that align with industry and academic standards.
This is a remote, project-based role — each assignment is compensated on a per-project basis.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually to discuss their background, goals, and target roles
- Write and edit professional CVs that highlight each client’s strengths and achievements
- Apply consistent formatting and structure tailored to physician and academic expectations
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure accuracy and quality
- Deliver high-quality projects within established timelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience writing or editing professional resumes or CVs (experience with physicians or healthcare clients preferred)
- Strong interviewing and client communication skills
- CPRW certification preferred
- Excellent writing, grammar, and formatting abilities
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and academic CV standards
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple active projects
- Prior experience in freelance or contract-based work
