We are seeking a dynamic Brand Copywriter to concept and execute content that communicates our brand story in our brand voice and tells customer stories in external campaigns that resonate across a range of programs and channels.

We are seeking a Copywriter to drive brand content creation efforts. This role combines traditional copywriting expertise with cutting-edge AI technology to scale content creation.

In this role, you will create impactful content that enhances our brand awareness, drives engagement and contributes to marketing objectives. You will also recommend and implement AI tools and new content workflows that allow us to increase the volume of brand content we produce while maintaining consistency of brand voice, quality and personalization.
You will be a part of the Brand Content team and will play an important role in sharing our passion with customers, followers and the broader data and AI community.

The impact you will have:
- Create brand content for various mediums, including web pages, landing pages, email, digital and social media advertising, and other marketing materials.
- Concept, write, develop and execute compelling stories for brand campaigns, brand experiences and videos.
- Oversee the creation, review and approval of all demand gen and paid advertising content before publication to ensure adherence to style guidelines and brand voice. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create messaging that aligns with the Databricks brand tone and voice.
- Oversee multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, offering innovative solutions to meet campaign objectives.
- Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows, optimize content creation, and enhance storytelling.
- Champion AI-powered strategies to deliver personalized and scalable messaging at speed.
- Ability to digest complex information, and discover fresh, compelling ways to tell a story, with humanity, emotion, and even humor.
- Develop and oversee content workflows that leverage both traditional copywriting and AI-powered content generation.
- Lead the selection and implementation of AI content tools to enhance productivity and empower subject matter experts to create content that is high-quality, on-brand, and appropriate for the channel it is intended for.
- Collaborate with demand generation and paid media teams to implement data-driven approaches to test and measure the success of content and ad copy variations to make sure brand content is resonating with our audiences and delivering results.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies for content creation.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting or content management for enterprise software.
- Proven track record of creating compelling copy for various mediums.
- A portfolio that highlights your work and demonstrates your ability to drive impactful brand messaging.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in content creation.
- Excellent writing skills. Ability to draft copy for landing pages, webpages, digital and social media advertising campaigns, and brand awareness advertising.
- Experience developing and maintaining brand tone and voice guidelines, a content style guide, taxonomy, and/or knowledge base for brand content.
- Ability to establish and maintain content standards and workflows for a team.
- A willingness to learn about our products and customer audiences.
- Ability to craft compelling content that drives engagement and direct response.
- Experience with high-volume brand asset generation, and familiarity with best practices and tools available.
- Experience researching competitive and industry best practices to identify brand strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities.
- Experience and ability to collaborate with other teams, such as product marketing, partner marketing, training and development, demand generation, and brand creative, to ensure consistency of message across channels and support overall marketing goals.
- Ability to draft copy that is clear, informative and compelling— work with cross-functional teams to draft and get content approved prior to publishing.
- Someone who understands the first principles of brand marketing but also stays up-to-date with the latest brand marketing best practices and trends.

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
