We are looking for a Copywriter/Content Creator to help our Internal Communications & Employer Brand team on a freelance basis. It is a part-time job (by request). The candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content that enhances company culture, strengthens employer brand perception, and engages employees through various internal communication channels.
Your main tasks will be:
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand copy for internal communications (Slack posts, newsletters, digests), employer branding campaigns, and company events.
- Work on video scripts, presentations, and other multimedia content for internal campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and tone of voice across all internal communication channels.
We expect from you:
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills;
- English proficiency is a must;
- Ability to craft compelling storytelling content for internal audiences;
- Understanding of employer branding and internal communications (nice to have);
Basic video editing and graphic design skills are a plus.
