The ideal candidate is a skilled writer with experience in search optimization, content strategy, user intent, and evolving digital discovery trends. This position will collaborate with SEO strategists, merchants, subject matter experts, brand teams, and product specialists to create impactful content that connects customers with the right products and information.
Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging, informative, and optimized content for digital platforms, including blogs, product education resources, and customer-focused guides.
• Develop content strategies that support SEO performance and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI-driven search experiences.
• Research topics, customer needs, search trends, and user intent to create relevant and authoritative content.
• Partner with SEO specialists, product experts, merchants, and brand teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Optimize content for visibility, engagement, and conversion across search engines and emerging discovery platforms.
• Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, content structure, metadata optimization, and internal linking strategies.
• Maintain content quality, consistency, and brand voice across published materials.
• Leverage analytics and performance insights to refine content strategies and improve organic results.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong professional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating digital content optimized for search performance.
• Understanding of SEO principles, search intent, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
• Ability to translate complex product information into clear, engaging content for customers.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven search experiences.
• Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems.
• Background creating content for e-commerce, retail, sports, fitness, or consumer product industries.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools and content performance measurement.
